Any Fire Service leader or aspiring leader can benefit from this coursework. We have designated courses targeted for Company Officers and Chief Officers but the material is not exclusive to people in those roles.

The Brave Fire Leader classes are self-paced so it depends on you. Each level has 10 classes and most run about 30 minutes and few run a little longer. You have 90-days to complete the courses from when you sign-up.

If it is determined that you have shared your login credentials, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription immediately without a refund. This training offers an “on-the-go” option for learning leadership behaviors and 20 tools that can be used in your work immediately. We will challenge you to think bigger and look for ways to improve your leadership brand.

Upon sign up, you are given 3 months to complete the work. You may request a one-time, 1-month extension if needed, in writing, before the 90 day deadline.

We send you a certificate of completion to include in your training portfolio.

We offer a 30 day full refund. If you request a refund, you will not receive a certification for work completed.
