Step 1: Select Referring Partner Other
Step 2: Select the number of attendees upgrading to coaching and mentoring
Step 3: Click on “Add to Cart"
Step 4: You Do Not Need to do this Step...Reminder in the "My Cart" page in the field for Add Attendee Names and Emails, please add the names and email address of each attendee.
